We're Wortham. We're focused on one thing: Passion. We're a team of strategists, designers,filmmakers, photographers, and developers. If you're tired of corporate snooze-fests and want to do work that actually matters, keep reading. we actually kinda like coming to work (don't tell anyone)

What You’ll Actually DO:

• Actual Editing. Like, Real Projects: You won’t just be organizing files (though you might do a little of that). You’ll be in the trenches, cutting footage for real client projects. Think social videos, website content, maybe even some cooler stuff.

• Shadow a Pro (Don’t Stalk): Work directly with our Senior Video Editors. Watch how they do it, learn their tricks, ask a million questions (within reason). Basically, get a crash course in being a video editing badass.

• Get Your Hands Dirty (Software-Wise): You’ll be using Adobe Premiere Pro. If you know it already, awesome. If not, get ready to learn. We’ll show you the ropes, but you gotta bring the hustle. Maybe some After Effects too, if you’re slick.

• Feedback? Buckle Up: We’ll give you feedback. Sometimes it’ll be awesome-praise-y. Sometimes it’ll be… direct. Learn to take it, learn to grow, learn to make your edits even better.

• Help Out (Yeah, Intern Stuff Too): Okay, yeah, you might help with some intern-y tasks. Organizing footage, prepping projects, maybe grabbing coffee sometimes. But mostly, it’s about learning to edit. Promise

You're Kinda Perfect If

• You’re Hungry to Learn (Starving, Even): This is an internship. We expect you to be learning, absorbing, and soaking up knowledge like a sponge. Enthusiasm is HUGE.

• You Know the Basics (At Least): You’ve messed around with video editing software before. Maybe it’s Premiere Pro, maybe something else. You understand the basics: timelines, cuts, effects, the general video editing vibe.

• You Have an Eye (Or You’re Developing One): You kinda get what looks good. You have some sense of pacing, rhythm, visual storytelling. We’ll help you sharpen it.

• You’re Reliable (Seriously, Be On Time): Show up when you’re supposed to. Do what you say you’re going to do. Basic professional stuff, intern-style.

• You’re Not Afraid of Hard Work (Intern Life, Duh): Internships are work. Sometimes it’s challenging. Sometimes it’s tedious. You gotta be willing to put in the effort.

• Link to a reel or samples of your video work? Definitely look at it.

• Formal video editing training/school? Nice.

• Own your own laptop with editing software? Makes things easier, but not required.
