What You’ll Actually DO:

• Learn from the Pros (Don't Just Stare): Work directly with Senior Designers. Watch them work, ask questions (smart ones, please), and soak up all that design wisdom like a sponge. This is your design boot camp.

• Assist on Real Projects (Not Fake Ones): You'll be jumping in on actual client projects. Think social media graphics, website visuals, maybe even some logo stuff (if you're lucky and don't screw up). Real work, real deadlines, real pressure. Good practice.

• Design Sprints & Creative Chaos: Brainstorming sessions, design critiques (don't take it personally), and fast-paced project work. Get ready to hustle and think on your feet.

• Software Skills Sharpening (Adobe, Obvs): You'll be living in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign - the holy trinity). We expect you to know the basics. We'll help you get to ninja level.

• Take Feedback Like a Champ (No Whining): Your designs will get critiqued. A lot. Learn to take it, learn from it, and make your work better. Thick skin is part of the uniform.

You're Kinda Perfect If

• You're Passionate About Design (Like, Really Passionate): You live and breathe design. You geek out over typography. You actually enjoy learning new software. Enthusiasm is your superpower.

• You Have Design School Smarts (Or Equivalent Grit): Formal design education is cool. Killer online courses and a kick-ass portfolio? Also cool. Show us you've got foundational design skills.

• You're a Visual Learner (Show, Don't Just Tell): You learn best by seeing, doing, and getting your hands dirty. You’re eager to jump in and try things, not just read about them.

• You're Reliable & Hungry (Show Up and Hustle): Be on time, be ready to work, and be eager to prove yourself. Reliability and hunger go a long way, kid.

• You Can Handle the Heat (Creative Kitchen Gets Hot): Agency life is fast-paced. Deadlines are real. Feedback is direct. You gotta be able to handle the pressure without crumbling.
