What You’ll Actually DO:

• Concept to Crush: You’ll own projects from brain-spark to jaw-drop final product. We’re talking campaigns, brands, websites, the whole damn visual enchilada.

• Design Boss: Lead projects, mentor designers (don't be a jerk), and make sure the design bar stays ridiculously high.

• Client Whisperer (Sometimes): You might talk to clients. Don’t freak out. Be cool, be clear, present your work like the design god you secretly are.

• Softwares : Adobe Creative Suite? You eat that for breakfast. Figma/Sketch? If you know it, great. If not, learn it. Fast.

• Deadline Destroyer: You respect deadlines, even when they’re insane. Because that’s how pros roll.

You're Awesome If

• You’re Senior. Like, Actually Senior: 5+ years of real-world graphic design experience. Internships don’t count as ‘senior.’

• Your Portfolio = Show us work that makes us say "Damn." Variety, killer concepts, flawless execution. No weak links.

• You Speak Design Fluent: Typography? Layout? Color theory? Branding? These aren't buzzwords for you, they're your freakin' language.

• You’re a Pro, Not a Prima Donna: Team player, thick-skinned, can take feedback without melting down. No ego trips here.

• Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Challenges? You eat ‘em for lunch. You find solutions, you don’t whine about problems.
