What You’ll Actually DO:
  • Creative Visionary (Duh): You’re the North Star. Set the creative direction, inspire the team, make sure everything coming out of Wortham is next-level amazing. No pressure.

  • Lead the Damn Creative Charge: Oversee all creative projects. From concept to execution, you're the ultimate gatekeeper of quality and innovation. Think 'conductor of awesome,' not 'micromanager nightmare.'

  • Client Charmer (Level: Pro): Pitch big ideas, present work like a boss, build client relationships that last. You're not just selling design, you're selling vision and confidence. Be prepared to wow.

  • Team Captain (Not Drill Sergeant): Mentor, guide, and inspire a team of seriously talented designers and creatives. Nurture their skills, kick their butts (metaphorically), and foster a culture of kick-assery.

  • Process Pro (But Not a Bureaucrat): Streamline creative workflows, optimize processes, make sure shit gets done on time and on point. Efficiency with a human touch, not soul-crushing process for process' sake.

You're Awesome If
  • You've Been There, Done That (CD Level, Obvs): 5+ years deep in the creative agency world, with a solid track record of Creative Director-level leadership. Show us you've commanded a creative ship before.

  • Portfolio That Makes Jaws Drop (Seriously): Your portfolio isn't just good, it's legendary. Show us campaigns, brands, and projects that demonstrate strategic thinking, innovative concepts, and impeccable execution across multiple mediums.

  • You Speak Fluent Creative Leadership: You know how to inspire, motivate, critique, and lead creative teams to greatness. Leadership isn't just a title for you, it's in your DNA.

  • Client Kung Fu Master: You’re a natural presenter, negotiator, and relationship builder. Clients trust you because you bring the magic and deliver the goods.

  • Strategic Brain with Creative Fire: You’re not just about pretty pictures. You understand business objectives, marketing strategy, and how killer creative drives real-world results.
